What data we collect. Account and order data (name, address, email, phone, purchase history); billing and payment data (processed by payment providers, without us storing card details); newsletter and club subscription data; contact-form data; and technical and browsing data (cookies — see Cookie Policy).
Why we use it and on what legal basis. To process orders and fulfil the purchase contract (performance of a contract); to manage your account and the club (performance of a contract); to send the newsletter and club communications (consent); to respond to enquiries (legitimate interest/consent); and to comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).
Who we share it with. Only with processors necessary to the service: hosting (InMotion Hosting), payment providers, email/newsletter platform (MailPoet), spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA) and carriers. We do not sell data to third parties.
How long we keep it. For as long as each purpose and legal obligations require (for example, billing data for the applicable tax periods); marketing data until you withdraw consent.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, use info@cascawines.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD (the Portuguese Data Protection Authority).
Security. We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures (SSL, restricted access, backups).
