Minimum age. The sale of alcoholic beverages is reserved for those aged 18 or over. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are at least 18 years old.
Products and prices. Prices are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force (13% on most wines; 23% on sparkling wines and Port). Shipping is added and shown before checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
Order and payment. The purchase is completed upon order confirmation. Payment is made in advance, by the methods available in the shop (Multibanco, MB WAY, card and others). The order is only processed once payment has cleared.
Shipping. We ship within Portugal under the conditions shown in the shop. For international shipments, transport is quoted case by case (shipping quote request on the site).
Right of withdrawal. Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, as provided by law, save for the applicable legal exceptions. To exercise it, contact info@cascawines.pt before returning the product, which must be sent back in good condition. Wine that has been opened, or whose seal or capsule has been broken, cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, except in the event of a conformity defect. Exchanges, returns and conformity. The statutory conformity guarantee rights apply. In the event of a damaged or non-conforming product, contact us for resolution.
Trade. Sales to professionals are governed by their own conditions, available after approval of the professional account.
Complaints and dispute resolution. Customers have access to the electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. In the event of a consumer dispute, you may turn to the competent Alternative Dispute Resolution body.
Applicable law and jurisdiction. Portuguese law applies; for disputes, the legally competent courts.
Intellectual property. All site content (texts, images, trademarks) is the property of Casca Wines, S.A. and may not be used without authorisation.
