Baga from a 96-year-old vineyard at Cordinhã, 24 km from the Atlantic. Lagar fermentation with foot treading, 24 months in French oak, cellaring to 2037.

Chardonnay, Fernão Pires and Vital, whole-bunch pressed and fermented at 14 ºC in steel. Floral, tropical and balanced.

A copper-toned rosé, pressed straight to tank with twelve hours of cold soak. All stainless steel, no oak.

Aragonez, Castelão and Syrah grown 20 km from the ocean, with three months in barrel. Spice, red fruit and black pepper.

Arinto grown at 20 metres, picked in the last week of August. Citrus, minerality and salt; half the lot spends six months in barrel.
